HUD Healthy Homes
Enhance the safety of your home with our improvement programs designed for families of all backgrounds. Both renters and homeowners are eligible to apply. (Renters will need homeowner’s permission.)
Vacant/Blighted Home Improvement Program
The Fairbanks Vacant/Blighted Home Improvement Program (FVBHIP)provides grants of up to $50,000 per unit to property owners to create affordable rental units.
