These units are located at the end of a quiet road, and each apartment has access to a small yard.  Tenants are responsible for rent and electricity at this location, but all other utilities are covered by the owner. To qualify for this affordable housing, the household’s family income must be at or below either 50% or 60% of the area median income, and must have at least one member experiencing a disability or at least one member who is 62 years of age or older. Income certification for the household must be completed yearly (at a minimum) as a requirement of occupancy at this location.
