Three 8-plexes consisting of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units, with washer and dryer hookups available in each unit. There is a limited number of handicap accessible units available. Tenants are responsible for rent and electricity at this location, but all other utilities are covered by the owner. Each unit comes with one off-street parking slot and has access to private, unheated storage on-site. There is also a large, public park directly across the street, perfect for families with small children. To qualify for this affordable housing, the household’s family income must be at or below either 50% or 60% of the area median income.  Income certification for the household must be completed yearly (at a minimum) as a requirement of occupancy at this location.
